Save your money! I would have given them 0 stars if possible. I was paying them $168/month since 1/22. In 1/23 the check engine light on my Caddy went on so I brought my car into my Cadillac Dealer. They did a diagnostic test and discovered there was something wrong with the internals of my transmission and it needed to be replaced. The service manager told me not to worry because Endurance would get me a transmission and cover the cost of the installation. He contacted Endurance and they said they were going to send an adjuster. The adjuster came and left without saying a word to anyone. They did not contact the dealership. I was paying for a rental car. The SM tried calling them and finally reached someone at Endurance that said they were not covering it but refused to tell him why. I had to o call them. I did and they told me that the adjuster had found very low th Luis and it was burned. The dealership argued with them to no avail. I asked them to please send someone else but they refused. The Tech that worked on the car said there was transmission fluid and he did not notice any burnt smell. I then took it to a Transmission shop that found that the problem was in the transmission and that there was plenty of fluid. While arguing with Endurance to please send somebody else my rental car cost me over $1000. We are now waiting for arbitration. I purchased this very expensive warranty because I am not a mechanic. I know to take my car in to get oil changes, get winterized. Etc. The mechanic that has serviced my car for almost 30 years checks my fluids when he does my oil changes. My car runs well. How would I have known there was an internal problem with the transmission.
I have had this policy for over 2 years. They gave NOT payed one claim for one reason or another. They have gone to extremes to turn down claims and it seems wording in contract leaves customers behind the eight ball. I have had other extended policies and this one has beena nightmare and disapointing.
I was under the impression when the contract says all parts it was all parts .I was mislead about what wasn’t covered by the sales team who signed me up. They exclude things but don’t put them in writing in the contract
I would give Endurance (aka United Car Care) a zero if I could. 1) Finding a repair shop that will take this warranty is not easy. Even though we were told by Endurance that all Ford Dealers would honor the warranty, that is not true. Two of the 'local' dealers refused. Most private garages in our area also refused. The few that did, did so begrudgingly. 2) Getting a repair is a time consuming process. The repair shop puts the vehicle on the rack to identify the problem and then has to park the vehicle and wait for approval. Several times it took over 24 hours. Meanwhile we do not have the use of the vehicle and it is sitting in the repair shop's parking area. 3) Accepting warranty work by a garage from Endurance is always accepted under protest by repair shops. Repair shops spend hours on the phone either on hold or waiting for call backs and just hate the process. They are working on cars, not sitting by a phone so telephone tag happens. This makes the customer feel extremely bad for putting them through this, even though it is an Endeavor problem. 4) If YOU have questions about the covered repair and need to call Endurance, you will be on hold, often for over an hour. Then you have the privilege of speaking to a grumpy claims person. We got to know them pretty well and never had a friendly voice. It is evident that the people receiving calls regarding claims are trained to deny the clams as much as possible. Also, I just sold my vehicle that was covered under this warranty with the highest policy possible from Endeavor and paid in full at the time of purchase Even though they did NOT pay as much for repairs as I paid for the policy, the refund formula was a $0 refund. Not prorated based on the length of time I had the policy and miles. I had over a year left and 35,000 miles left on the warranty. Because I had a claim, there was no refund. I would highly recommend NEVER use Endurance for an extended warranty on your vehicle. Even if you pay a little more for an extended factory warranty, the deductible is probably less (my new extended warranty is more then half the Endurance deductible) and certainly the hassle factor is much less (no phone calls). I would recommend you never even consider Endurance (aka United Car Care)
Don't pick this company you will regret it I've been paying for this warranty for a few years called to have a problem with my car fixed and it was denied not for one repair but for all 3 repairs far less than what I have paid in total premiums. Don't buy from this business you will regret it when you need it the most.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY DID NOT APPROVE THE WORK I NEEDED ON THE CAR WITH MY OIL LEAK. THE DAMAGE WAS $870.00 I HAD TO PAY THE MECHANIC WHEN I HAD CANCEELD MY POLICY. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS A $50.00 CANCELLATION DEE AND NY STATE CHARGES 10% FOR FEES ON THE POLICY. WHEN i FOUND OUT I APY ALREADY $1200.00 INTO IT. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD ONLY BE GETITNG A REFUND OF $300.00
I had an existing policy that was expiring. I called to get another or extend that had the same coverage as my original but only was provided with less mileage only 45K or so, which was fine. 6 mos into the policy i put in a claim (Window Motor that was covered under my original policy) and it was denied stating not covered. This was going back and forth with their claim that the agent was referring to the incorrect policy(my old policy). Nonetheless, after 3.5 hours going back and forth with different agents saying you are connected to the incorrect dept....Final verdict was they said that they can upgrade my policy but would not confirm if that part would be covered as my original. So, 6 mos of paying just under $900, they sold me a policy that was no way near what i had, but wanted to do the bait and switch to upcharge me. Let alone the one representative who was extremely sarcastic (doesnt belong in customer service). Even though i was upset being bounced around, i was respectful and cordial but they were not, then they offered to pay 1 mos in an effort to keep the policy open. Needless to say i cancelled and was not very happy with the bait and switch tactics.

I WILL BE GOING TO THE BBB ON THEM, AND THEN WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO WANT TO CHARGE YOU A CANCELLATION FEE LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS. Buyers Beware, I have reported them to Federal trade commission‘s office. I believe their business practices are unfair to myself a senior citizen. Endurance Sales office hounded me for months up to a year to purchase their platinum plan which turned out to be a piece of crap. I sent an email to the CEO and also people in their finance department to cancel my policy after putting in $1500 for the year that I had the policy I only received $705 back. I never thought this will happen the air condition my car broke I took it to a shop that the Endurance call center recommended. The shop miami Quality said buyer beware the company you’re using does not pay our shop prices. I immediately called Endurance and I spoke with Jeremy who called the shop with me on the phone they discussed the prices and they said everything would be covered. I took the car to the shop and the shop called me and said that the high-pressure hose was leaking and it was not covered and that I would have to pay $290 for the shop to diagnose the problem of the car. Jeffrey someone in their finance apartment walked me through my policy and showed me where this hose was not covered. I told him that that’s not what I was told or sold. I was sold a bumper to bumper just like my manufactures warranty and I was getting this for good peace of mind. Their sales people also convince me that I needed to buy seals and gaskets. The AC of a car is made of compressor, hose, evaporator, a dryer, and part of your cooling system. However this hose is not part of the AC but not covered. If I could give them a zero I would. I hope this never happens to me again or anyone else. Before you purchase check out the better Business Bureau and also the federal trade commission.
This is by far the biggest scam there is. I purchased a full service policy in 2018, paid it at the time. I never needed this policy until 3/22. They fully refused to comply to their policy. My V engine split and of course ruined most everything inside. The mechanic sent pictures, and wrote a full repair on to what was done. They said a bolt broke that caused the engine to break and they don't cover that. Read your policy and if you don't understand it, don't buy it or find a mechanic to explain it to you. $3000 for the policy and $4400 for the repair they were susposed to be responsible for. And go to the BBB section for this company, there are 1500 more like me.
Do not appreciate their pushy sales tactic, i will never sign up with Endurance.
Cancelled my policy 2 months early on 3 year extended prepaid policy. No refund offered, typical breach of contract. Next step…contact BBB!!
When i called Endurance for a warranty quote they were very professional and explained the plans very well. It is little expensive for me at the moment but i will call back to buy when i have saved enough.
I am still in my first 30 day period where i can not use the plan yet .I got a chance to review my warranty contract and everything look inline to what the salesmen told me .
My car's extended warranty ran out . I spoke with Endurance and i was able to set up a 5 year warranty extension . I paid a little extra and got a bumper to bumper warranty . Its good knowing that my car will be protected if anything brakes or goes bad down line
You all is full of bs, ya'll made me put miles on my truck and promise to fix my horn twice and lied now my engine light started coming on and you refused to fix it, therefore ya'll just kept collecting my money for nothing and ya'll need to return some of my money back. I purchase the service in May 2021 after my prior vehicle was totaled in March 2021, I registered a policy for the new vehicle I asked to transfer my old coverage. I never which was the highest coverage. I had issues with the vehicle running Hot, long story short from December 2021 til Jan 2022 the vehicle has had two services $2500. Two rentals $1000. None is covered by Endurance. Simple situation. Did not give me the original coverage. Highly disappointed.
Lied about what they cover, and were very rude. telling me parts of the transmission system are not parts of the transmission itself.
It took them 3 days to fix a motor on my window .At the same time Endurance covered the repair .I just wish it didn't take this long .

My claim was denied based on very general terms for preventative maintenance. My car's check engine light came on indicating a problem. I had the car towed to a my Chevy dealership where the problem with a coil was fixed. This to me was not routine maintenance. Very disappointing to have paid over $2,000 for this coverage or should I say "lack of coverage"
I purchased my extended warranty in 11/2018 and was told it was like a brand new car's warranty that covered everything. I have a 2012 Audi A4. It was requiring an entire quart of oil to be added every week. I took it to Audi and they did a bunch of tests and it was consuming oil with 60% being consumed in cylinder 3. We sent tis claim to Endurance and the administrator of the policy is United Car Care in Greenwood Village, CO. The inspector, G. Fouts, came out and said he needed the engine to be torn down so he can see what the fault is. Audi tore the engine down and G. Fouts came out again and immediately denied the claim saying oil consumption isn't covered. So why ask me to tear the engine down, which I now have to pay for, if the claim was for oil consumption and you immediately denied the claim because oil consumption isn't covered. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. I've called and spoke to the director of claims, Randy Maxwell, and asked why his inspector did not just telll me in advance that oil consumption wasn't covered, and he said "he did tell you, it's in the notes," and I asked him to read me the notes, and of course it was not there. The inspector did not tell me it wasn't covered, yet insisted I tear the engine down, at my own expense. Randy Maxwell said he was going to end the call because I was talking louder because he interrupted me during the entire conversation, and when I told him he was interrupting me, he told me "that's because you keep saying things that you don't know anything about." I hung up. I also called the owner of the company, left a voice message for her, and have not received a call back from Kim Hinjosa. I would have to say this is the biggest rip off I have ever been party to. I have paid over $3800.00 for my warranty, I have 8,000 miles left to use the warranty, and I was advised to tear my engine down for full inspection of the issue for G. Fouts to deny a claim he knew in advance was not a covered issue. Unethical. Bottom line. They caused me to pay almost $10K for the repair on a car I only owe $3K on. I would have rather ran the car out of life and used that $10K to buy a new one! But I was totally scammed by United Car Care, care of Endurance Warranty. Thanks guys.
I sent Endurance warranty a few emails regarding the problems my car was having . After not getting a response from Endurance i decided to call them . The agent was helpful and would recommend anybody trying to reach them to call the phone number on there site 855-991-1099 for better service .

Awful Company!!! It took 3 weeks for an inspector to come out to the dealership to check out what was wrong with my car (nothing I did any any and all prior work had been done at the dealership that sold me this awful warranty) So I was not only left without a car for 3 weeks but the inspector demanded the dealership have my engine taken apart for a 2nd inspection AT MY EXPENSE $1000.00!!!! Somehow oil got on the spark plugs and pistons so they DENIED the claim!!! Be very careful since the way this warranty operates is you make payments for 2 years and are supposed to covered for 5 years!! UNLESS something is wrong with your car, then they DENY the claim!!!! When I called the claims department the woman who I spoke to was very rude so I asked for a supervisor, she put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on me!!!
. I would not ever buy a Policy with these people. They I have done nothing but run me in circles. The policy is not worth the paper it’s written on. I have spent $360 on a tow when I was told at 4 am stuck on the hwy. that I don’t have the tow Insurance on my policy. Then when They opened I found out that I do have Towing, but They forgot to put it in the system. Then I bring my vehicle to a Ford dealership and They refuse to pay for anything unless I rip the motor down the cost to me is $1200. That I will never get back. Then they said after they rip the motor down we will let you know what we will pay for. Now my truck has been tied up for four weeks. I wouldn’t recommend Endurance for bicycle insurance that’s how bad they are. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the company.I do plan on talking to my lawyer and also channel 5 investigates

THEY CALL CERTAIN REPAIRS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT'S WRITTEN IN THEIR CONTRACT SO THAT WHEN THERE'S A REPAIR NEEDED, IT'S NOT COVERED. TWICE I'VE TAKEN MY CAR TO THE SHOP AND TWICE THEY'VE DECLINED THE COVERAGES. THANKFULLY THEY WERE NOT MAJOR REPAIRS AND WAS ABLE TO AFFORD IT. WHEN I SAID I WAS CANCELLING THE POLICY, MORGAN SAYS WHY WOULD I THROW MONEY AWAY - WELL, I WORK FOR MY MONEY, THUS I WILL DEEM NOT THROWING IT IN THEIR POCKETS. RATHER THAN TRYING TO SALVAGE THE CUSTOMER AND FUTURE BUSINESS, THEY LET US GO WITH NO INTEREST IN TRYING TO BRING RESOLUTION. THIS LAST ATTEMPT, UNFORTUNATELY, WHAT WAS THE ISSUE IS NOT WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT. AND LIKE THE COURT OF LAW SAYS, IF IT'S NOT IN WRITING, IT'S UNENFORCEABLE. AGAIN, IT'S ABOUT CUSTOMER RETENTION AND WORKING WITH THE CUSTOMER TO MEET THEM HALF WAY THAN TO LOSE THE BUSINESS. I'D RATE IT ZERO STARS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THERE'S NOT AN OPTION.
I was told when I purchased the auto warranty extension with Endurance that i would be receiving a package in the mail with information on my plan . Its been 3 weeks and i still have not received anything . I am hoping they can send me another one .

The sales people promised me the moon and the stars when they were trying to get me to buy their warranty. They kept calling me, I finally bought one of their best and most expensive policies. Well the time came when I needed their coverage, and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of somebody to help me. I am currently waiting on them to make a decision if they’re going to cover my vehicle, when there’s NO reason for them not to! They’re looking under every rock looking for any reason not to honor their warranty. Everything they’ve asked for, I’ve given them, and still they haven’t stepped forward to do their job. Oh, and they say they’ll cover a rental for you while your vehicle is in the shop, but they don’t tell you, they only cover up to three days or $150 total. They might as well not offer any at all. My vehicle has been in the shop a week, waiting on them to make a move! I picked the wrong warranty! They can’t compare to a dealership warranty.
i recently bought a contract with Endurance car warranty since what i saw on TV looked great . I really hope it is what they say it is .Fingers crossed .

Pure Fraud they do not cover what they claim. refused to pay for repairs Claimed I continue to Drive my Truck while it was messed up, That is a Lie. I took my truck in the same day the check engine light came on. wont pa for my transmission be cause there was radiator fluid in the transmission. they don't cover it because the transmission fluid was contaminated with radiator fluid. they don't cover Contaminated fluid I was an act of God. go figure. I would highly recommend Endurance they have no problem getting a warranty for cars that have a lot of miles . We always buy used and will continue to get a plan with endurance .

The system won’t allow a no star rating which is what I would give. I have a 2014 Lincoln MKT which has a transmission problem. I took it to the dealer 7 days ago, he diagnosed the problem to require a new transmission. He called multiple times and waited extended periods and finally got thru to be told he needed them to inspect. That took two days and then two days later the inspector filed a report. I still don’t have approval for a repai and the repair will take a week with only a $150 allowance for a car rental and that’s only while the vehicle is being repaired. THIS I LEARNED AFTER CALLING THE REPAIR SHOP WHO COULDN’T WAIT THE HOUR AND SIX MINUTES I DID TO FIND OUT THERE IS NO APPROVAL YET!
Very very bad communication with company. My car have been in the repair shop for over 3 months . Adjuster went to observe the issue with my vehicle 2 weeks ago & HAVENT heard from them since? I have called & left several messages & not one return call! My monthly payments are automatically deducted from my bank account & see can’t figure out why a customer has to go through a issue such as this? Very poor service
Complete scam! 2 1/2 months and still no repairs. Be better to just start an account for repairs when they come up.
I try to cancel the policy, I called three times, somebody answered the phone and put me on hold for 20 minutes, no one came back to the phone.I tried this exercise three times and have not heard from anybody I can’t honestly say, that it qualifies for “customer service “

Through me a curve ball. Had my water pump go. They sent an adjustor to my repair department he rejected the repair because Town Fare tire put the wrong size tires on my car. What a scam. Stay away from these guys.
Horrible is what I can say. The very first repair I had and they refused to pay for parts over the cost of what they could find them in the internet net for or even used from a auto recycle place. My repair was over $800 less deductible of $100 The mechanic should have received $700 they would only pay $300 and my car was laid up for 5 days while they approved repair and refused the rental because the book only shows 6 hour repair. Stay away from these people.
I was trying to get a quote through endurance for my Mercedes customer service give me for years. I asked him that my 2020 Chevy traverse have a two-year warranty. And ask them I just won a two-year warranty. He told me endurance to not give a two year warranty. And he told me that they were the top of four Mercedes warranty. That’s a lie Then he asked me that one of the senior customer service call me and I told him no I don’t want that because you’re a lie to me.
This company let me down. When I needed their coverage, they turned me down when the repair should have been covered as said by my dealership!

I just purchased this warranty on 08/28/2020. I was fraudulently led to believe that the policy carrier is Endurance Warranty Services, LLC, out of Northbrook, Il. After 8 phone calls and an average wait time of 45 minutes for each call, I have yet to be able to reach a manager of which I requested each time, I even tried to reach EWS claims department but again I waited 22 minutes for a recorded message which also put me on another hold time of 47 minutes ... I then hung up because apparently these bastards don't give a flying shit about customer service !!!! I only want a REFUND of my payment !!! ANYONE reading this should check out the "Consumer Affairs" or the "BBB" sites regarding these companies.

As a 20 year veteran of the Automotive Industry and having submitted in excess of 1000 extended warranty claims- Endurance takes the prize for the worst warranty company in the country. They have refused to pay for the replacement of a part that is clearly listed as a covered item. The claims adjuster out right lied to me about what was discussed. I escalated the claim to a supervisor and demanded they listen to our recorded conversations to prove that the claims representative was not being truthful. After reviewing the calls- the supervisor re-opened the claim and stated if I provided them with the copy of a specific maintenance receipt via email, they would authorize the claim. I immediately provided them with the requested information. I never received a call back- I called them back and after waiting on hold another 56 min to speak with a representative- I was told the claim was denied and there was no record of my call with the supervisor who supposedly re-opened the claim. If you currently have a contract with Endurance- you need to cancel it immediately. They will NEVER cover anything. Ever. Contact your trusted Automotive Service provider and they should be able to recommend a reputable warranty company. Endurance Warranty is a scam. Please search the Better Business Bureau for additional reviews

we had set up a plan plan on a Toyota rav 4 we just purchased from the dealer .I found that Endurance warranty was the most reputable and affordable company .
If 0 was an option for rating, that’s what I would give them. They have not honored a claim that I have tried to Claim.
When my ac had a issue i was able to take it to my Chevolet dealer . its what i prefer .
My dealership accepted and worked with endurance . pretty awesome service

This company is a joke. The customer service, when you can reach a human, is ok. Everything else is horrible. Countless times I was put on eternal hold. My car was in the shop 2 weeks because I could never talk to the right person. I ending up having to pay 2 thousand myself to get my car. I've called complaining to always be put on hold. My mechanic tried for over 2 hours on hold. Save your money and time don't use this company

I purchased this for a high mileage truck when my other warranty expired. They have refused to cover ANY repairs, claiming that they're do to "normal wear". I would avoid.

I saw a television commercial extended warranty got them and it worked out great they are fairly comprehensive.
It took some time before I purchased endurance warranty but I'm satisfied with it.
never buy a warranty from the dealership . i payed 1/2 the price by going with Endurance .
Although my initial claim was denied, Endurance was courteous enough to give me a $500 discount and a $500 voucher for future services. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future if anymore problems arise. The staff was friendly and eager to help.

Saw Endurance's commercial on tv so i figured I should give them a call, and was able to set up an affordable Monthly payment plan for my Dodge Ram 1500.
I bought a used car before and I got screwed over. The motor blew up in it and I didn’t want it to happen again. I wanted to feel more protected, so I decided to purchase a warranty. Endurance was the best rated one online and I found nothing but good things about them, so I went with them.

We got the warranty with Endurance because of the dealer. That’s what we had when we bought the car. A young man helped me with the warranty and he was good. He was really a lot of help.

I got the extended auto warrant set up on my Ford F-150. I was very pleased with the way they took care of everything when I had to bring in my truck to the shop for a engine light that came on. they also got me a lower deductible when I set up the warranty (thanks to a veterans Promotion ). After thinking about it I believe it already paid for itself and I have 3 more years to go.With that being said I set up another 2 plans for my other vehicles. Thanks and keep up the good work....

Michael was super helpful in getting my claim quickly approved. My AC was blowing hot air on the coldest setting starting 10/10 and I was approved and repaired by 10/12! Great service and amazing customer service.

Great assistance in time of need We had 2 cars that broke down at the same time. Thank goodness we had Endurance covering our 2006 Toyota 4 Runner! The Transmission went out on it. We called Endurance and they told us to take it to the nearest Toyota Dealership to have them look at it. We did and gave them our Endurance policy # and they ordered the parts and within a week we had our SUV fixed and all we had to do is pay the $100 deductible! Thanks Endurance!
